AESTHETICS
LASER SYSTEMS
The new model DeLight
is the result of evolution and development
of new laser techniques in medicine. It offers
to customers unprecedented flexibility and
multifunctionality which have never been attained
earlier.
DeLight enables medical personnel
to perform three most popular types of treatment
in laser cosmetology:
It is worth noting that
our laser systems are not of “modular construction”
which means that multifunctionality of the
device is achieved by expensive mounting of
several lasers into one case or by replacing
some laser modules by others to provide different
applications which usually is not convenient
for a customer.
Our devices rather comply with the “allinone”
principle — the only laser is really used
for all three the most popular today cosmetological
treatments. This advantage of the device is
provided by a plenty of tunable parameters
of laser radiation and extremely wide range
of their variation.

For
each mode of operation physician
can optimize on his own the fluence,
spot size, pulse duration and repetition
rate
for the best quality of treatment
and then
he can store the suitable set of parameters
in the device memory

Ergonomic
design of DeLight ensures mobility and convenience
both for a physician and for a patient.
Quiet operation and flexible fiberoptical
beam delivery system ensure comfortable treatment
procedure. All the models can be plugged to
the standard singlephase electrical main
and
do not require city water connection.
It is highly important
that no timeconsuming routine procedures
are required to switch from one treatment
to another and, accordingly, to fundamentally
change the laser operation mode. To do this
physician just needs to attach one of three
smart handpieces, which is appropriate to
the treatment chosen.
Such approach provides not only the top immediacy
and convenience for the physician but offers
also money-saving and flexible system of investments
in new equipment.
The customer has an opportunity to order the
laser at his choice only for his most urgent
application, thus, having minimized his expenses.

DeLight
can be supplied with an adjustable
spot size handpiece integrated with
a skin cooler. Such a design
provides
maximum convenience for the physician
and minimizes skin injury caused by
epidermal heating

To
increase the
patient's comfort during
treatment, DeLight can come upon your
choice either with a compact
and efficient
Peltier skin cooler or with a highpower
air skin cooler
|
Later on, if physician
wishes to expand his clinical opportunities,
he just needs to purchase the smart handpiece,
which is appropriate to the type of treatment
desired, and to attach it to the laser body.
HAIR
REMOVAL
Unlike
radiation of other types of laser and lamp
epilators, the laser beam of DeLight
at wavelength 1064nm is less absorbed by melanin
of skin and is innocuous for it. Low absorption
allows this radiation to penetrate into skin
as deep as 4mm and to reach hair bulbs at
different depths practically regardless of
skin’s complexion.
That
is why DeLight can be used for treatment of
patients with skin of any type according to
Fitzpatrick’s classification and any depth
of follicles’ bedding and its use has no limitations
imposed by racial peculiarities.
The possibility
to adjust pulse duration from 7 up to 50ms
and to control the shape of pulses with microprocessor
by setting the combinations of their duration,
form and repetition rate gives additional
benefits to the doctor since it allows to
achieve selective destruction of hair follicles
of any type with a minimal heating of superficial
skin layers.
High
output energy ensures the fluence which is
appropriate for hair removal at a spot size
of 13mm that can’t be attained with the majority
of other laser epilators.
Processing
per pulse such an extremely large area not
only increases the speed of operation, but
also considerably reduces the cost of treatment.
VASCULAR
LESION TREATMENT
Laser
pulse width of DeLight can be adjusted by
physician to match termal relaxation time
of the selected vessel, allowing the laser
radiation to heat the target long enough to
produce significant termodamage, but short
enough to prevent heat dissipation to the
surrounding tissue.
DeLight
ensures successful treatment, practically
painless and harmless for a skin, of undesirable
vascular formations not only in the facial
area but also for rather large veins up to
5 mm in diameter on legs.
That
is why DeLight gives an opportunity to successfully
cure the widest circle of patients who
would prefer to substitute long and painful
operations of sclerotherapy for fast, safe
and effective laser therapy, regardless of
season and complexion.
NONINVASIVE
SKIN REJUVINATION AND TONING
The optimum
matching of pulse duration and power parameters
of DeLight with a thermal relaxation time
of microvessels allows to achive effective
smoothing of the most diverse types of skin
due to a growth and tightening of collagen.
Smoothing of small and moderately large wrinkles
is accompanied by significant improvement
of skin’s tone and texture that increases
considerably cosmetologic effect of treatment.
The operation does not require anesthesia
and cooling of skin, and also patient needs
no special subsequent care and recovery time.
That
is why a technique of photorejuvenation
provided by DeLight, in contrast to ablative
techniques typical for the use of CO2,
erbium or holmium lasers, perfectly suits
the needs and expectations of active middleaged
patients who wish to improve their appearance
without an interruption in everyday’s activity,
degree of suntan and phototype of skin being
of no importance.

Ruby laser beam is an
optimal choice for treatment of pigmented
lesion originating in melanin. The reason
is that ruby laser beam undergoes minimal
absorption in collagen and so it influences
melanin selectively leaving all other tissues
intact.

In order to preserve high lasing efficiency,
conventional ruby lasers operate at
the temperature of laser head not
higher than 20°C. At this temperature
there is a great risk of moisture
condensation on optical parts which
can lead to their damage. This fundamental
drawback of ruby lasers is completely
eliminated in the R15 Model. Unique
design features of the laser allow
to provide highefficient laser
output at laser head temperature of
about 30°C. As a result, R15 shows
the highest reliability and powerful
output from a compact unit.
